It’s been awhile since I’ve done an actual life update post, and to be honest life has been semi hectic, leaving me with little blog motivation. So, I’ve decided that it was about time to do another life update post!
What I’ve Been Up To
- Summer has been in full swing! One month to go before I head back to college for my sophomore year, which is honestly insane but I’m excited!
- I volunteered at the youth conference I attended in high school, Steubenville of the Rockies! It was such a rewarding experience to give back to.
- I had to report for jury duty but ultimately got dismissed (thanks, trip already planned!). But am I adulting yet?
- I took a trip back to Michigan at the end of July to visit family. Not much happened besides lots of family time, game nights, and a day at a waterpark.
- I’ve been helping my sister move into her new house and also have been watching her Goldendoodle puppy.
- I’ve been enjoying pool days at my sister’s neighborhood pool.
- I’m working on moving to a new bedroom. Now that my sister is moving out I get her room in the basement with a nice closet.
- I’ve been “working” for my brother by helping with his dogs.
- I continue to do work with the College Gym News team.
- I’ve been to many Rockies games–including my favorite games, their fireworks show and Faith Day.

Podcasts: the new Girls Talk podcast ft Abigail & Caitlyn, Picture This! Photography Podcast, I Have Cool Friends,
Music: if I’m being honest most of what I listen to is Christian music
TV shows: Life Sentence (on Netflix), Grey’s Anatomy, basically any fixer upper show on HGTV, America Says on GSN (basically a revamped Family Feud)
Things: my sister’s puppy, my new bedroom, my new camera
